For years, your referrals have helped us grow into the business we are today. They have allowed us to expand our team, invest in our community, and continue providing exceptional care to every guest who walks through our doors. As our way of saying thank you, we're excited to introduce the Brilliant Rewards Referral Program!

How the Brilliant Rewards Referral Program Works

Step 1

Refer a friend, family member, or coworker to Brilliant Bodywork MedSpa.

Step 2

When they complete their first qualifying service of $100 or more, they'll receive $25 OFF their first visit.

Step 3

As our thank you, you'll receive a Complimentary $25 Brilliant Referral Reward to enjoy towards an eligible future service.

Referral Reward Guidelines

To keep the program fair and enjoyable for everyone, the following terms and conditions apply:

• Referral Rewards are earned only after the referred guest completes their first qualifying service of $100 or more.
• The referred guest must provide the referring guest's name when scheduling or before checking out at their first appointment. Referrals cannot be added after checkout.
• Each new guest may only be referred once. The first referring guest identified will receive the Referral Reward.
• Referral Rewards are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the guest who earned them.
• Referral Rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, account credit, or gift certificates.
• Referral Rewards expire six (6) months from the date they are issued.
• Only one (1) Referral Reward may be redeemed per guest, per day.
• Referral Rewards may be redeemed toward massage therapy or skincare services that are 60 minutes or longer, including eligible service upgrades.

Referral Rewards Are Not Valid Toward:

• Medical services, including injectables and medical weight wellness services Laser treatments Gift certificates Membership dues Gratuities Retail products Packages or treatment series Previous purchases.
• Referral Rewards may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, membership benefits, or special event pricing unless otherwise specified.
• If the referred guest cancels, reschedules, significantly modifies, or misses their qualifying appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, in accordance with Brilliant Bodywork MedSpa's Cancellation Policy, the Referral Reward will not be issued.
• Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, fraudulent referrals, or referrals created using alternate names, phone numbers, or email addresses are not permitted.
• Brilliant Bodywork MedSpa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time. Any Referral Rewards already issued will continue to be honored according to these terms.
